Continued failure to comply with planning conditions for the operation of The Hartshill quarry. The road continues to be in a lethal state mud is deposited on the highway in both directions at the exit from the quarry although vehicles are not meant to turn right out of the quarry the. the road sweeper is having no material effect on the volume of mud being depoisited. THIS WILL LEAD TO A SERIOUS OR FATAL RTA!! It is your responsibility to ensure the highway is maintained in a safe state. I will use this email as evidence against you, the governing authority, when an accident occurs.
