Very dangerous kerb (again!)
Reported anonymously at 17:14, Wed 8 November 2017
Sent to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1141003.
Outside No.2a Priory Street, CV10 8JP. This dangerous kerb is as a result of the council not repairing a previous kerbstone properly when reported before. As reported earlier this year the whole kerb needs digging out and re-setting not just putting a bit of tarmac around and hoping it sticks. The 'work' done on the previous kerbstone has now made the adjacent one loose and more dangerous than the original job. Please visit as a priority, as you can see from the photo's someone is going to trip and file for compensation. The whole length of dropped kerb needs relaying properly as the water runs along the adjacent kerb and sits and soaks into the foundations because the uneven road doesn't allow the rain water to go down the drain, its just sits and soaks into the ground around the kerbstones. This is the access to my drive and I fear that damage will be caused to one of my vehicles and that would lead to compensation also. Lets do the job properly this time please otherwise (like I stated last time) this will, as it has, simply keep re-occurring.
