Large depression has formed in middle of junction

Reported in the Pothole category by David Newton at 23:00, Tue 17 October 2017

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later

A large depression has formed in the middle of the junction between the A445 Rugby Road, Cliffe Road and Guys Cliffe Avenue. It is in the middle of the junction controlled by traffic signals W09.

The depth of the depression looked to be roughly equivalent to the height of a speed bump and so it poses a significant hazard to traffic. There is a smooth slope into the depression with no stepping in the tarmac. The depression looked to be about two to three feet across in total and appeared to be aligned with its greatest length along the Cliffe Road to Guys Cliffe Avenue direction of travel.
