Nothing has happened, the hedge is still overgrown and hangs into the road.

It's now 3/8/2019 and I have been requesting hedge cutting for 12 months. There is the safety aspect for cyclists and pedestrians as noted but also the obstruction of road signs including the village gateway. This negates the intent of the signage to make motorists aware of the area they are entering and enable them to moderate their speed accordingly as recommended in Government Guidelines.
