30 MPH signs on Dunchurch Road travelling north before junction with Overslade Lane

Reported in the Road signs category anonymously at 13:40, Fri 8 September 2017

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later

The 30 MPH signs on both side of the road [especially the western side] are obscured by low branches - the western side sign is almost impossible to read as it is covered in green mildue and badly needs cleaning. Traffic travelling north on the stretch of road between the signs and Kingsway junction invariably exceeds the 30 MPH limit - this situation will not be helped if drivers are not able to identify the speed limit on this stretch of road. Given the road is regularly crossed by children I fear this situation is a danger that should be tacked without delay.
