The blooom tree on the verge has been chopped down yesterday.
Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 17:19, Tue 5 September 2017
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1102512.
No notifications were received about cutting the tree down, birds have nested in this tree for over 20 years. I'm disgusted that you can just come along and cut a tree like this, it looks a disgrace just left with a trunk. I would have thought you would have removed completely and replanted something in its place. Please could you forward all information on why you had to cut this tree down. Thanking you in advance Mrs Claire Shale

I totally support the comments from Claire Shale. I have been away for a couple of days and come back to this hideous site outside my house. No consultations, no warning. We are treated as third class citizens. We deserve a full report on why this action was taken by the council and who made the descision. Yes, there was a minor defect in one of the branches but the actual tree had many years of life left in it. It cannot be brought back now but to leave it as it is now is totally unacceptable. It must removed and replaced. Trevor Bradley
