I am expressing my concern yet again regarding my property, we have a rather untidy amount of trees, bushes, conifers, brambles, shrubs and weeds growing at the side of our house and along our fence which is quite an eyesore, this mass of growth is not a major concern along the fence, however it is the trees particularly the conifer which is not only right up against the house but it is as high as the guttering, this poses the question how deep are the roots and is it causing structural damage to my property? We have a dip in the floorboards in the room directly next to this. This is an issue I would like resolving as I have two small children and the thought of my house being a potential danger to them is very unsettling, so how do we go about doing something about this? Do you take responsibility and clear it to a suitable and safe level as it is technically your land, or do I have to do it myself which is possible although my recycling bin would be full after a few minutes, so how do I clear it all? I would appreciate a response to this as soon as possible please because this is a potentially serious issue which needs addressing, kind regards.
