Missing Cover/exposed pipes

Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later
Missing Cover/exposed pipes, Pipes protruding from the ground approx 30-40cm high. No cover likely to be gas or water. this needs to be look at and fixed. I have reported this before on 25 May 2017 and have heard nothing, nothing has been done. photos sent previously. Location is right hand side of Jewson entrance. Please let me know of your results/actions. Regards CS
Warwickshire County Council has received your report which will be reviewed accordingly. There are no automatic updates to the status of this report-this is something we are working on as part of the improvements to fault reporting.

Difficult. I am able to watch the reports shunted from person to person.This should have been rectified immediately and still here we are. These pipes are gas and as such NG should have been notified as an emergency. It is impossible to find the relevant person to direct this to this group with WCC have a blank form which disappears in to the ether. I would recommend that everyone requests a progress email, once into the system it cannot be ignored.. Sorry about the rant: over payed and not taking responsibility

Experience with this one was terrible, in the end I found out the name of the NG contractor and the person to speak to and it was repaired within 3hours. surely the country highways team would have this information. CS
