Dead tree close to footpath and shrubs overtaking footpath

Dead cherry tree adjacent to footpath and the shrubbery is overtaking the footpath around the pond area. Many of the local footpaths are overhung by residents not cutting back their shrubs and trees!

Shrubs are even bigger meaning you can't walk on the footpath and the dead trees still dead and upright.
