Flooding sewer drain, sewage water running down onto Smorrall Lane

What smells like a sewer drain cover is leaking sewage water up and along the junction of Hospital Lane and Smorrall Lane, and it is running down Smorrall Lane. Smell is foul. Drain may need unclogging. Issue has been present for around 4 days.
