Tree planted 3 days ago on verge at the side of my house(Holly Walk) has not got enough stakes to support it and tree is bending. The rest of the trees in the street have 3 stakes and were planted a year or so ago.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1030727.
Also the plastic strap holding the tree to the support post has snapped after only 3 days due to not enough support posts. I have watered the tree as requested and am quite happy to continue to avoid the expense of the council watering truck coming out for one tree. I am still puzzled as to why when all the verges in the street were planted with trees last year this verge was omitted? The tree is in Holly Walk on the left as you enter from Crowhill Rd, a few yards down from the junction with Farriers Way. Thank you.
