New road markings appear to direct into incoming traffic

Reported anonymously at 20:49, Thu 23 July 2020

Please see image and email me for video. Apologies for blurriness, (the windscreen is low on motorbike and not visible from eye level) On B4100 northbound, what was previously a right turn lane for the guide got center had incomplete road markings. They appear to be a second lane which someone could use as an overtakong lane. There are not right arrows, and no hatched area after the turn as previously (see Google maps). This lane then becomes the right turn lane for Southbound traffic turning to another junction. I believe this would be misleading if a driver was new to the road, and any vehicles believing it is an overtaking or second lane could have a head on collision with a southbound vehicle waiting to turn right.
