Road Barriers obstructing the road & unfinished road surface 15 months later!

Reported anonymously at 11:49, Thu 28 May 2020

On Plough Hill Road between Wagstaff Drive & Willow Close, You started some re'surfacing on both the road and the pavement and road widening work, you placed two very large heavy duty road barriers onto the road to protect the drain area and this was around Feb 2019 time. You have left these barriers in situ and still over 15 months later you have not finished the road surface around the drain, the barriers are causing an obstruction to all road users as this is a dreadful road to pass through at the best of times putting cars passing at risk due to parked acars on the other sode of the road where wing mirrors can & are getting hit due to road width, also with the Corinavirus issue people walking on the pavement have to step down onto the unfinished road to allow other people to pass safely and are tripping on the drain that is sticking above the road surface including myself who has tripped on it. Please, please can you finish the drain and remove these barriers from the road so traffic can pass freely and safely.
