The automated warning signs do not activate at the appropriate time.

Reported anonymously at 22:36, Tue 15 October 2019

Today... 15th of October, At 750 am... the ford was in flood and yet the automated warning signs which cost WCC £60,000 when illuminated and hence failed to warn drivers of the danger. At 550pm on the same day... the warning signs where activated sending drivers on alternative routes stating that road was in flood and impassible. However, there wasn't even a puddle on the road surface at Kenilworth Ford. As tax payers money was spent on these warning signs... the least WCC can do is to ensure that they warn drivers of vehicles at the appropriate time.. i.e. When the ford is in flood. If it fails to forfill this basic obligation, drivers with become accustomed to ignoring the warning signs and WCC will be responsible for placing lives at risk.
