Pot hole which keeps on being filled but water seeping out of it

Reported anonymously at 17:28, Thu 10 October 2019

This pot hole is in a dip on the right hand side of the road past the school. Water is constantly seeping out of it, the Council keep filing it with tarmac as it constantly erupts and the hole keeps on opening up. It is a hazard particularly in the winter with ice and black ice. The road is the route into Warwickshire College, Moreton Morrell. This is dangerous because of braking, skidding and there could be a serious collision with an oncoming car to avoid this poorly repaired road. Why can’t the Council investigate where the water is coming from. It looks like a spring is close by. Please look into this as a matter of urgency, if I keep driving over this pot hole, whether filled in or not, and my car is damaged, I will have to report it to the police and my insurance company and claim.
