Still no yellow lines to stop dangerous parking

Reported anonymously at 22:07, Tue 14 August 2018

As reported over a year ago, that dangerous parking too close to the junction of Halford Road and Evesham Road and also Paddock Lane and Evesham Road is going to cause a nasty collision. Although Cherry Orchard which is a side road off a side road has these yellow lines, the two junctions in this report are directly onto the main Evesham Road and has hedges or walls close to the junction. The Give Way lines have recently been over painted but some people are still parking right up to the end of the road causing vehicles approaching the main road to be on the wrong side of the road. Any vehicle turning into Halford Road or Paddock Lane wont see the vehicle until right on the junction, causing sudden braking and an obstruction to main road traffic that would have to take evasive action or collide. For the sake of half a tin of yellow paint..! Even Bordon Place has yellow lines and that has wide clear sweeping junctions ! So why not these other two roads?
