A blocked street gully is causing flooding of the road above the level of the kerb, and consequently the footpath

The street gully directly outside No. 103 (to be precise: within 2m of 43290,264670) has been blocked for several months. This results in flooding after rainfall which persists for up to 3 days after the most recent rain. The flooding is frequently above kerb height, resulting in the flooding of the footpath too (as shown in the photo). Severn Trent have investigated and identified it as a council problem, though did not identify which council or wish to pass it on to the council concerned. In cold weather it presents an extra risk of injury to pedestrians when frozen over
